Handmade Returns, Replacements & Refunds

At Krosha Kulture, every single item is handcrafted with hours of dedicated artisan labor. We want you to cherish your crochet pieces forever. Please review our fair and detailed policy regarding returns, replacements, and refunds below.

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Items Policy

Because our crochet flowers, bouquets, personalized colors, and custom plushies are made especially for you upon order confirmation:

• We do not accept returns or cancellations for change-of-mind once crafting has begun or orders have been delivered.
• Slight variations in dimensions (±1–2 cm) or yarn dye shades are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.

2. Transit Damage & Defective Items (24-Hour Protocol)

We pack every item with multiple protective layers and sturdy boxes. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with in transit:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: Please record a continuous, unedited video of the sealed parcel while opening it to show the label and contents clearly.
• 24-Hour Reporting Window: Reach out to us on WhatsApp at +918427687229 or email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
• Immediate Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary free replacement or remake of your damaged item on priority.

3. Wrong Item Received

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product or missing item in your order, contact us with your order confirmation and photos within 48 hours. We will immediately dispatch the correct product at zero additional cost to you.

4. Refund Timeline & Processing

If a replacement is unfeasible due to yarn stock limitations or an order cancellation before crafting begins:

• Prepaid refunds will be processed back to your original source of payment (UPI / Bank Account) within 3 to 5 business days.
• We will share the refund transaction confirmation screenshot directly on WhatsApp.
