Thank you for supporting slow handmade craft at Krosha Kulture. Every crochet bouquet, plushie, and accessory is crocheted stitch-by-stitch with meticulous love. Here is everything you need to know about our dispatch and delivery process across India:

1. Artisan Production & Dispatch Timelines

Because our creations are handmade:

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
• Made-to-Order & Bouquets: Require 3 to 7 business days of crafting time before dispatch.
• Bulk or Custom Color Commissions: Dispatch dates are mutually confirmed on WhatsApp prior to payment.

2. Courier Partners & Transit Timelines

We deliver across all serviceable PIN codes in India using reputed surface and air express couriers (including Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post).

• Metro & Tier 1 Cities: Typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India / Regional Towns: Typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.

3. Order Tracking & WhatsApp Updates

The moment your package is sealed and handed over to our courier partner:

• You will receive the live AWB tracking number and direct tracking URL via WhatsApp and email.
• You can follow your parcel in real-time from our studio to your doorstep.

4. Packaging & Safety

Crochet flowers and plushies are gently packed inside sturdy, rigid corrugated boxes with protective tissue wraps to preserve their shape and flower petal structure during transit.
