Welcome to Krosha Kulture ("Website", "we", "us"). By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, placing an order, or commissioning custom crochet pieces, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

1. Handmade Nature & Craftsmanship Disclaimer

Every crochet creation at Krosha Kulture is 100% handcrafted by artisans using premium yarns, floral wire, and fiberfill. Because items are handmade stitch-by-stitch:

• Subtle differences in stitch tension, sizing (±1–2 cm), and yarn dye lots are natural hallmarks of handmade art.
• Product photography is captured in natural lighting. Slight variations in screen calibration may result in minor color tone variations.
• Flower stems and bouquets contain flexible florist wire that can be gently shaped and adjusted upon unboxing.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to revise pricing for products and custom designs at any time without prior notice. Price quotations provided for custom inquiries over WhatsApp remain valid for 7 calendar days from the date of quotation.

3. Order Process & Confirmation

When you submit a bag/order inquiry or custom drawing on our site:

• Your order request is received and verified with our studio team on WhatsApp.
• An order is considered confirmed only once design specifications, payment receipt, and dispatch timelines have been mutually agreed upon.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of yarn unavailability or unfeasible design requirements. In the case of cancelled prepaid orders, full refunds are issued immediately.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders (including custom colorways, special bouquet combinations, and personalized amigurumi) require artisan crafting time. Once crafting has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website, including photographs, logo, branding, text, crochet designs, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Krosha Kulture and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Krosha Kulture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Small crochet items and keychains contain small decorative parts and are not intended for unsupervised play by infants under 3 years of age.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
